Hall Rental Details

· Capacity is 80 people.  With tables and chairs the capacity is 65.

· Large banquet room with serving area with sink included in rental is banquet tables (8) and (68) chairs.

· Separate Bar room with bar with double sinks, 2 wine fridges and an freezer chest

· Kitchen includes double wall ovens 

· 2 Bathrooms 

· 1 full size fridge

· BYO permitted

· Rental Cost is $400.00 which includes a 6 hour rental 

4 Hour party, 1 hour to set up and 1 hour to clean-up. 

· Deposit $250.00 and deposit is returned after the hall is inspected and determined to be in the same condition as it was in prior to the rental and return of the restricted key.
